Mozart Sheet Music
Cello Profile

The musicians of Manor House Music are committed to bringing high quality, professional chamber music into the community - by offering workshops or tailor made short concerts to groups of people who might not otherwise get the chance to discover classical music.

We offer conversational recitals where we can talk informally about the works we are about to perform, or fun educational workshops for schools, hospitals, senior citizens groups, arts festivals or community projects, keeping the concerts light and entertaining. Manor House Music also perform regularly in rural churches, making classical music accessible to those people for whom travel into a town or city may prove difficult.

For music students or groups of amateur musicians, we are happy to come along and facilitate workshops of chamber music coaching - either for established ensembles or groups of individuals who wish to have lessons from experienced professionals and develop the skill of playing music together with others.

As most of the players within the group also teach privately or at music colleges, we are experienced with coaching at different levels and happy to work with each group's individual needs.

If you are interested in hosting a church concert, educational workshop, chamber music course or require live music for a community project, please do contact us to discuss your ideas.

Manor House Music can be hired to perform at community events, outreach projects, church concerts, village fetes, arts festivals, chamber music courses, chamber music coaching, violin lessons, music events, violin teaching, educational projects, outreach concerts, music festivals, nursing homes, informal concerts, lecture recitals, rural events, music in churches, music in quiet places, themed concerts, popular classics concerts, light music, string quartet concerts, string duo concerts, informal classical concerts, classical concerts for children.

Testimonial
Dear Vaughan, Thank you for playing at our wedding on the 8th December and at such short notice. We were very happy with the music which helped create a lovely atmosphere, and you were quite right that the duet was just the right volume for the number of guests / size of venue. The violin & cello arrangements were lovely. Sara and Alex (Wedding at Clare College, Cambridge)
