About the Manor House String Quartet…
Welcome to the blog of the Manor House String Quartet. We are a small pool of chamber musicians who give concerts and recitals, but also play for weddings, parties, civil partnerships and special occasions – either as a string quartet or a string duo. This blog will contain posts on the work that we’re doing at the moment, new pieces of chamber music that we’re exploring, venues where we’re playing, other projects the various quartet members are involved with and a ‘behind the scenes’ look at how a classical string quartet works.
