Wedding at Hunton Park, Hertfordshire
On Saturday, the quartet played for a lovely wedding held at St Mary’s Church in the Old Town of Hemel Hempstead, followed by the reception nearby at Hunton Park. The spacious church afforded us plenty of room to perform and the music projected effortlessly during the ceremony. The church organist was excellent and we really enjoyed his rendition of Gounod’s Ave Maria with the choir. We accompanied the entrance, exit and signing of the register.
After the service, we made a head start and set up in the reception venue which was Hunton Park, near Watford. We positioned ourselves in a drawing room and entertained guests until they were ready to be called in for the wedding breakfast.
