Grains Album Launch Night
On the 31st January, the quartet are going to be taking part in a performance to help launch the new album ‘Grains’ by Contemporary composer Jim Perkins. Jim works within the alternative classical genre and has written works involving electronically generated sounds, piano and strings. Other contemporary artists performing on the evening include Jeremy Keenan, pianist Ed Cohen with live audio visuals supplied by Ed Perkins and Lillith Gottfarb. The event will be held at the Vortex and starts at 7:30pm. We wish Jim and his colleagues every success with the preparations towards the evening and are looking forward to performing his music.
