Wedding at Ettington Park, Warwickshire
On Sunday, Adrian and I performed as a Violin/ viola string duo for a wedding and blessing ceremony held in the historic venue of Ettington Park near Alderminster in Warwickshire.
We provided music as guests entered the ceremony room as well as music for the various points during the ceremony itself. Immediately after the civil ceremony, we made our way to a chapel in the grounds to play during a blessing ceremony. The chapel was very atmospheric with generous acoustics which meant that we only had to touch the instruments for the sound to fill the space.
Afterwards, we accompanied photographs taken in the grounds until a light spot of rain forced us to seek refuge under a cloistered area overlooking the guests.
