Wedding at Brampton Grange, Northamptonshire
On Saturday we performed as a string quartet for a wedding held at Brampton Grange near Chapel Brampton, Northamptonshire. We started under a gazebo as the two cream coloured wedding cars arrived and the couple stepped out to greet their guests. Over the next hour, during photographs we played a varied selection of music in the attractive grounds.
Many of the guests commented on the music and the Pachelbel Canon was performed twice by request as it is such a favourite of many people! Later on, the quartet played whilst guests were enjoying the wedding breakfast and our slot was perfectly timed to end just before the speeches where we were announced and given a big round of applause!
