Wedding at the Milton Hill House Hotel, Oxfordshire
Another wedding that required a string duo and this time it was myself and Becky (cellist) who provided the music for around 90 guests. As the weather wasn’t particularly dry, we played indoors after the ceremony - in a room just adjacent to the bar area. We entertained the wedding party with a varied selection of pieces chosen by the bride and groom and enjoyed some lively conversation with some of the wedding guests who were particularly enjoying our music. We were well positioned in a corner which led onto a hallway where the bridal photographs were being taken, so we were able to create a nice ambiance for people who were waiting to have their pictures taken.
