Louis Spohr String Quartet no. 24 in G, Op. 82 no. 2

Last week the Manor House String Quartet made a film of one of our favourite string quartets – the first movement (Allegro) of the G major string quartet No. 24 (Op. 82 No. 2) by Spohr (which I had spent many hours re-setting so that it was legible to read at speed and free from errors).

The Bedfordshire string quartet filmed this in the lovely Church of St Mary the Virgin, Eaton Bray where we are giving a concert next month.
