Borodin – Nocturne from String Quartet no. 2 in D
Composed by Alexander Borodin, this beautiful piece of chamber music was performed at the Church of St Michael at the North Gate, Cornmarket, Oxford as part of the ‘Music on Mondays’ series- Lunchtime recital, 20th July 2009. This is a popular piece for a string quartet concert as it is so well loved and frequently requested for weddings too.
